Win-win - it is a situation where both parties win. but people with more persuasion skills get extra 10%

Office politics - a needed maneuvre in order for anyone to get work done in the office by paying and receiving favors. A foul play by using the advantages you can think off. Sucking up. Showing off the cleavage for the ladies. Get racist. Or just plain hijacking your colleague’s work. Take credit for their work.

Think outside the box - try to think of a solution which is not only new, extraordinary and wonderful, but will go the extra mile when mention to the upper management. I am trying to find something fun to do inside my cubicle. Hmm, lemme see.

benchmark - the performance, or anything the management can measure for. especially during the time of the raise.

fast track - those with supercool record has their career on this one .  i thought it was a name of a movie, or something. have you watch scary movie 4. damn funny, man.

resignation - ending the employment at said company. or in some cases, a forced termination will result in getting involve with court.

Rage against the Machine OEE. Last I heard, i will be leaving to Phillipine next week to learn from the best master in OEE. And later, I guess, it will be up to me to raise the OEE of the plant to international level. and my salary as well.

The sad fact is, I am one of them. And I am trying as hard as I can to get out. God Help ME.
